I am a paid member of the full ThemeShock family. The download link for this set and several others results in a file with the .7z extension. When I double click the file after download is complete, it automatically attempts to open it with The Unarchiver, which seems to be the only app I have that will handle that file type. But then I get an error message saying that the file is incomplete (or something to that effect). I’ve been getting that on several of the larger downloads and there is no where that I can find for customer support to get help. Can you please help here. Thanks
