How do you edit/select the individual items (Photoshop/Illustrator). When I open it all I get is a single image.
layers are under a folder and deactivated by default. please go to the layers menu and activate the layers.
Hi,
I have installed the font Bangers.ttf (v1.00) into my Windows 8 system but Photoshop CS5 still says I don’t have font. It appears in the font list as “Bangers” tho. How can we be sure to install the correct fonts for these designs?
Try maybe with a plugin for Photoshop http://www.webink.com/webfontplugin/

What resolution is of the .psd file? It is the same as the free version?
Just I need a minimum resolution 1536 x 2048 for GUI interface.
All of the elements deployed a bit tight together occupy a canvas of 1100×4704 pixels in the commercial version PSD file.
