You can change colors, size and pretty much edit the files at your convenience to create mockups, presentations, scrapbooks, themes and so on.

Hi!
This is just a PSD file, which is not responsive in itself. If you want to turn this into a responsive/mobile theme, you will need to convert it into HTML/CSS and make it responsive.
