I find this site very confusing. The quality of your products are great but I paid USD 29 premium and signed up but cannot find any downloads for icons etc and still not getting support for errors in the theme generator template!

Mike, any vector software would be fine.

Mike, with photoshop you can do some final tuning, but much better to use a vector based one, like adobe illustrator.

The characters are great! I bought the premium and downloaded them, but am unable to open them properly in my version of Illustrator CS3. I see jpgs are included but these are worthless to me as they do not have transparency. Please let me know if they are available in PNG or EPS. Thank you.

this is so misleading, I bought the commercial pack and I thought I am going to get all the characters posted here.
Yet when i opened them I only got the guy character and some random things which we can download for free in the internet.
Where are the rest of the characters?
THe woman the small guy, etc.

Is there a tutorial anywhere on how to use the hidden layers to easily create various looks. I purchased this and the monster bundle and the layers are very confusing with some of the deeper layers not even labeled with descriptive labels.
